Parts in the Endries system are assigned a dedicated PFEP (Plan for Every Part) which includes a full quality plan.

Hundreds of small packages, LTL, and multiple containers arrive daily at Endries locations and are reviewed closely through our ISO receiving and inspection procedures.

Our facility is ISO 9001 certified and is equipped with an on-site Quality testing lab. Incoming product is closely inspected by Endries Quality Analysts to verify it meets the necessary standards.

Endries leverages a global supply base of over 2,500 approved suppliers allowing us to maintain the highest quality of product at the lowest total cost. Our supply base is monitored closely by our sourcing and purchasing teams through our online supplier scorecard, which provides real-time performance metrics.

Endries operates out of 14 distribution facilities and has Quality and Sourcing offices worldwide. Combined warehouse space totals over 1 million square feet. Our headquarters located in Brillion, Wisconsin (shown above) is over 220,000 square feet.

Currently over 500,000 SKU’s are stocked in 30,000 locations at the Brillion, Wisconsin facility. With our intelligent Warehouse Management System we can easily track all transactions on a part as it moves its way through our warehouse. Inventory accuracy is monitored closely via cycle counting and currently runs at a rate of 99%+.

Kits and sub-assemblies are value-added services that we provide our customers. Endries kitting department packages multiple parts to a single SKU allowing our customers to experience reduced production and inventory costs.

Endries team of dedicated engineering specialists support our customers through services such as application assistance, standardization, product development, education seminars, and production efficiencies. This allows our team to identify and assist in implementing cost reduction programs for our customers.
